To secure your spot on our roster and officially demonstrate our mutual commitment, we’ve introduced the Artist Roster Fee of $300. This charge is required before we move forward with working together, solidifying that we will be collaborating in the future, even if project specifics or start dates have not yet been finalized. This fee is to be applied at the beginning of any new production.

  1. Commitment and Good Faith:
    By paying this fee, you show your serious intent and dedication to working with us. This fee reflects both your commitment to becoming a client and our commitment to reserving a spot on our schedule for your future project.

  2. Secures Your Spot:
    Once this fee is paid, we’ll add you to our official client roster, ensuring that your place is reserved, and you’re ready to move forward when the time comes.

  3. Prior to Project Discussions:
    This fee is required before any discussions about royalties, project start dates, or the full scope of the project take place. It secures the collaboration and shows both parties are committed, allowing us to finalize details later in the process.

  4. Not a Project Deposit:
    The fee is not a deposit for the project but will be applied to the total project deposit once finalized. For example, if the full deposit is $1,000, only $700 will remain due when the project officially begins.

  5. Non-Refundable:
    The Artist Roster Fee is non-refundable. Should the client decide not to proceed or delays the start date indefinitely, the fee will not be refunded. This ensures we’re dedicating resources and space in our schedule specifically for your project.

  6. Applicability:
    This fee applies to all services, including production, vocal editing/mixing, and songwriting collaborations.

The Artist Roster Fee ensures mutual commitment and allows both you and our team to confidently plan and proceed. By paying this fee, you are showing good faith, and we’re equally committed to working together on your future project.

Agreement Clause:
"The $300 Artist Roster Fee confirms the artist’s place as a client of Red Velvet Studios LA and secures their inclusion in our official client roster. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total project deposit. Should the client delay or decide not to proceed, the fee will not be refunded, as it reflects our commitment to reserving resources and planning for the collaboration.
