Payment and Invoicing Policy

Having transparent and straightforward policies for how things work help us to build a better relationship.
Music Production, Mixing, and Mastering Services
For production and post-production services, invoices or payment requests will be sent via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, or direct bank transfer. Payment is due within three (3) calendar days of the invoice date.
Prompt payment is critical for a few reasons:
- Payments can take time to transfer and process.
- Timely payments ensure your project is scheduled and started without delays.
- Extended delays in addressing invoices disrupt the workflow and scheduling.
To keep everything on track, we encourage you to be prepared to make payment within 24-48 hours of receiving the invoice, with three days being the absolute latest. Let’s get the business squared away so we can focus on making your music shine.
Booking Studio Time
For in-person studio sessions, payment is due in advance to secure your booking. This upfront payment includes your booking deposit and locks in your time with us.
If you need to cancel after booking, we’ll process a refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee, to account for scheduling adjustments.
