Studio Time - Hourly Rate (In Person)

To confirm your recording session at Red Velvet Studios, we require a 60% deposit of the booking fee upfront. This deposit secures your session time, showing your commitment and helping us maintain efficient scheduling. Please note that if you cancel or reschedule, 20% of the total session fee will be retained as a non-refundable booking fee to cover the reserved time. This policy is in place to ensure respect for our time and other clients who may want to book the studio.

Payment and Booking Details

• Deposit Payment: 60% of the session fee is due upon booking to secure your session.
• Cancellation Policy: If a session is canceled without at least 8 hours' notice, a $20 cancellation fee will be subtracted from your refund. Additionally, if you cancel or reschedule, 20% of the total fee will be non-refundable as a booking fee.
• Final Payment: The remaining 40% is due immediately before or on the day of the session.
• Advance Booking Required: All sessions must be booked in advance to ensure availability, as we do not accept same-day bookings or drop-ins.

• Expert Guidance: Work with an experienced audio engineer and music producer for hands-on support and professional advice.
• High-End Equipment: Record with the latest industry-standard gear and software for a polished, professional sound.
• Creative Collaboration: Benefit from our team's creative insights and technical skills to achieve your artistic vision.

Additional Policies

• Flexible Scheduling: Sessions are booked hourly based on our engineer’s availability to help you find a suitable time.
• Completion of Work: Work is completed at the end of the session; additional services must be purchased separately if further work is needed.
• Custom Location Option: If you prefer to book music producer Joseph Brooks at a custom recording location, the fee applies regardless of location.
