At Red Velvet Studios, we prioritize originality, artistic integrity, and the human touch in all our productions. As part of our commitment to authentic music creation, we have a strict policy regarding AI-generated music and vocals.
Our Policy on AI-Generated Music
- We do not work on projects that incorporate AI-generated instrumentals, beats, or compositions.
- We do not remake or enhance beats or instrumentals created using AI.
- We do not mix, master, or otherwise process AI-generated vocals.
- All projects must be created by human artists, songwriters, and producers.
Why This Policy?
We believe that music is an art form that thrives on human creativity, emotion, and unique expression. Our mission is to support artists in crafting original works that reflect their individuality and artistic vision. AI-generated music lacks the organic qualities that define great music and does not align with our studio’s values.
Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy. If AI-generated elements are present in your project, we kindly ask that they be removed before engaging our services.
As a part of our brand the music and productions that we put into the world are representative of ourselves as well as the artist.

Content Release Form and Permission to Be Filmed, Photographed, and Posted
By selecting the "Yes" option on this form, the Participant grants Red Velvet Studios LA ("Studio") and Joseph Brooks permission to record, photograph, and film them during their time at the studio. This content may include, but is not limited to, behind-the-scenes footage, photos, videos, audio recordings, and other media featuring the Participant.
Ownership and Usage Rights
By selecting "Yes," the Participant grants the Studio and Joseph Brooks full ownership of the recorded content and the unrestricted right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute it for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- The Studio’s website and portfolio
- Advertising and branding purposes
This right is granted without further consent, notification, or compensation to the Participant. The Participant acknowledges that their name, image, and likeness may be used in connection with this content.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By selecting the "Yes" option, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this release. They willingly grant permission as outlined in this document.
