Content and Consent Policy
At Red Velvet Studios, we value the collaborative and creative environment we foster, both in-person and virtually. To ensure everyone is informed, we’ve outlined our content and consent guidelines below, which apply to both in-studio and online interactions.
Content Creation and Posting: By entering our studio or participating in virtual sessions (including FaceTime, Zoom calls, or online classes), you give express consent for us to film, photograph, and post content featuring you on our website, portfolio, and social media platforms. This is part of our standard practice to showcase the incredible work we do together and share our creative process with our community.
We also extend the same courtesy to you. Should you wish to film or photograph us, we are happy to allow it, as long as it aligns with mutual consent and respect. You may use the footage or images in your own content, and we both agree that such content can be shared in the same way.
Phone Use and Productivity: While we encourage creativity, we kindly ask that phone use and filming be kept to a minimum to ensure we remain focused on the work at hand. Whether in-person or during virtual sessions, we want to stay productive and maintain the flow of the session. Excessive filming or phone usage should be avoided so that we can maximize our time together.
No Additional Permission Required: Once you are present at Red Velvet Studios (either in-person or virtually), you understand and agree that you do not need to grant further permission for us to capture or post content involving you. This policy allows us to keep things efficient and focused on the creative process without unnecessary delays.

Content Release Form and Permission to Be Filmed, Photographed, and Posted
By selecting the "Yes" option on this form, the Participant grants Red Velvet Studios LA ("Studio") and Joseph Brooks permission to record, photograph, and film them during their time at the studio. This content may include, but is not limited to, behind-the-scenes footage, photos, videos, audio recordings, and other media featuring the Participant.
Ownership and Usage Rights
By selecting "Yes," the Participant grants the Studio and Joseph Brooks full ownership of the recorded content and the unrestricted right to use, edit, reproduce, publish, and distribute it for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- The Studio’s website and portfolio
- Advertising and branding purposes
This right is granted without further consent, notification, or compensation to the Participant. The Participant acknowledges that their name, image, and likeness may be used in connection with this content.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By selecting the "Yes" option, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this release. They willingly grant permission as outlined in this document.
