Service Policy

At Red Velvet Studios, we are dedicated to providing high-quality music production, engineering, songwriting, and related services. To maintain a professional and respectful environment, we have established the following policies:

1. Right to Refuse Service

Red Velvet Studios reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or group at our discretion. This may be due to, but is not limited to, the nature of the project, behavior, or any other reason deemed inappropriate by management.

2. Cancellation of Projects

We reserve the right to cancel any project or production without a refund if a client engages in behavior that is deemed rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, or unreasonable. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, or failure to comply with studio rules. We believe in maintaining a respectful and collaborative working environment for all clients, and any behavior that undermines this will not be tolerated.

3. Ownership of Filmed Content

By default, Red Velvet Studios retains ownership of any content filmed, photographed, or recorded at our studio. Anyone who books the studio consents to being filmed or photographed as part of the recording and production process. The studio reserves the right to use such content for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and other marketing materials. If a client wishes to opt-out of being filmed or photographed, prior notice must be given before the session, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate their request.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for services must be made according to the agreed-upon terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services until the payment is made in full.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all clients retain full ownership of the music, recordings, and content created during their session(s) at Red Velvet Studios. For songwriting services, we will outline the specific terms of royalty agreements in separate contracts.

6. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality in the music industry. Red Velvet Studios will not share any personal or professional information related to your project without prior consent, except when required by law.
