Project Completion Policy
1. Commitment to Scope of Work
Once an agreement is signed and a deposit is paid, the scope of work—including the number of songs or the nature of the project (e.g., single, EP, or album)—is final.
-
If the client originally signs an agreement for an EP or album, the project will remain as such. The scope is determined before production begins and will not change once production has commenced.
-
Any requests to alter the agreed scope or pricing will not be accommodated.
2. Additional Services and Work
Clients may request added services or additional work for an extra fee. However:
-
These requests will require a separate, new agreement.
-
The existing agreement, including its terms and scope, will remain unaffected by any additional services or new agreements.
3. Scope Change Requests
If the client requests to change the scope of work after the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid:
-
Red Velvet Studios or Red Velvet Studios LA is under no obligation to accommodate the request.
-
If both parties cannot agree to new terms, the project will be canceled, and the client will forfeit their deposit and any payments made to date.
4. Abandonment of Project
If the client decides to abandon the project before its completion:
-
All payments made are non-refundable.
-
Red Velvet Studios or Red Velvet Studios LA will not be obligated to continue work on the client’s music or any deliverables.
