Refund Policy

At Red Velvet Studios LA, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and giving every project our full attention. Please carefully review our refund policy regarding deposits and payments.

  1. Non-Refundable Deposits for Singles, EPs, and Albums
    All deposits made for singles, EPs, and albums are non-refundable. This includes any payment made to begin a project and ensures that our time and resources are reserved exclusively for your project.

  2. 50% Down Payment to Start a Project
    When you pay a 50% down payment to start your project, this payment covers:

    • Our time spent working with you.
    • Blocking off our schedule specifically for your project.
    • Time dedicated to communication, including idea contributions, revisions, and creative input.
    • All efforts made to ensure your project receives the highest level of attention and support.

    This 50% deposit is non-refundable as it accounts for the time and resources invested, regardless of the project's progress or outcome.

  3. Creative Differences and Project Cancellation
    We aim to make every project a success, but if significant creative differences or irreconcilable issues arise during the process, Red Velvet Studios LA reserves the right to cancel the project. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for the deposit or any payments once work has begun.

  4. Cancellations by the Client

    • Before Work Begins: If you cancel before work starts, the deposit is still non-refundable, but any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded depending on the situation.
    • After Work Begins: Once we have started work on your project, all payments made, including the deposit, are non-refundable, as they compensate for our time, efforts, and creative contributions.
  5. Studio-Initiated Cancellations
    If Red Velvet Studios LA must cancel the project for reasons unrelated to creative differences, such as scheduling conflicts or unforeseen issues, we will offer to reschedule or provide a full refund.
